This was the best fish spread I've ever had!!

I had about a whole filet of salmon left over from Saturdays smoke. So I bought some cream cheese, onion, celery, lemon, and had some Cystal hot sauce. Busted up the whole filet , chopped up the onion and celery, into a large mixing bowl and mix with the cream cheese until it's a nice firm consistancy, you can add some mayo if you want a "looser" spread, then squeeze in some lemon juice, and that's it.

Refrigerate and put on a cracker with a dot or two of hot sauce and enjoy!! [IMG]

i am gonna have to try that next time. i will prob smoke a fillet just for this and not sprinkle brown sugar on it like i usually do. only thing i could add to Solars spread would be fresh dill. salmon and dill is one of the best one two punches ever IMO. thanks Solar, gonna try that!!!

Your welcome. [IMG] You'll love it!! I didn't think about using dill, but I agree they go together really well.
