Hello Everyone,
I've been looking for this type of forum for months. I made a smoker out of a 275 gal. tank and I was off setting in the tank and had good results. Now I have added a wood stove to off set with which gives me the whole grating surface for smoking. Having trouble getting the meat as tender as before. after reading here I will try some different things. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to the SMF! We're glad you found us. It's really exciting to see new members coming on board ...... especially when they seem to have as much enthusiasm as you seem to have. Good luck with getting that smoker tuned and by all means, let us hear from you often .... and don't forget the pictures. icon_smile.gif
