I bought a new GOSM wide body to smoke pork butts two weeks ago. After finding this site we decided to try beer can chicken yesterday. here are the results. 2 birds rubbed with our favorite rub by my kids, stuffed with a Jalapeno and speared on a Bud Light. Three hours at 275 - 300, pulled at 180 rested for 30 minutes. MAN WAS IT GOOD!!!!!
