Here we go again,

My son is16 today and his request was that I smoked some ribs for him. So there are three racks in right now, been on an hour.

decided not to make them st. louis style, but did trim off the back little flap, and pull the membrane. coated them with mustard and jeffs rub, and smokin with hickory and cherry, will be using apple juice to spray on them.

also gonna throw my fatty in in another hour for the contest. If you wanna see it its over on the entry page

well there all done and everybody got full. But I have to say, in my opinion, St. Louis style is the only way I willl cook them from now on, But the boy liked them, he sure made them disapear.

Yall have a good night
