Dampen the opening to the chamber??? it's pretty big. Any reason for that??

Would luv to add some grate shelving around outside maybe...(i'll get a Buddy of mine involved who has several welders)

I just got a brand new Temp Gauge with blue for smoke area and red for BBq area...
