I do a lot of indoor cooking and some grilling. I've been wanting to do more grilling and get into smoking. I enjoy having friends over for a feast, beer and football game. they're my guinea pigs for experimenting with new recipes and ideas

I have a basic new braunfel's smoker and that's it so far. I've been thinking of getting more and building a modest "outdoor kitchen", but haven't done anything yet.
