Just bought a Smoke N Pit and now learning to use it. Tried smoking with a grill but Temp control was diffcult. Any pointers for a green fellow like me.

Do your homework! Read these threads like you are going to be tested on them. Then create smoke, add meat. Repeat often!! You'll get better each time, and your grill will get rusty!
