I'm Todd Robbins and I live in Cape Coral, Florida. Just got a Masterbuilt electric smoker and am very excited to get to smoking some meat. It's been about ten years since I've done much smoking (a lot of grilling, but no smoking). In the past I used a bullet type charcoal smoker and smoked briskets regularly, as well as chicken and Holiday turkeys. I smoked a bunch of ABTs and some country style ribs on the 4th that turned out great, and whet my appetite for what's to come (hopefully). I can't wait to try out some of the recipes from this site!
