My name is mike I have smoking meat for less than a moth. The first thing I smoked was a piece of chicken. I did smoke some pretty good ribs to. I basically just have a gas grill and a smoker box for now. I like the nascar races been to a few , but my driver is jeff gordon folllowed by jimmy johson.

Mike, it sounds like you're going to have a good time here at the SMF. A lot of members are into Nascar, along with having some fun in the great outdoors, with the smell of the TBS.
