Been watching this forum for some time now and finally went out and bought my first GOSM. Broke it in this weekend with ribs on Saturday, a meatloaf Sunday and four chickens in Monday. I have to tell you that armed with the knowledge that I obtained from this forum, that everything turned out Excellent. I can only hope that with time and experimenting that I can also share with this group. You guys are Great.
