Hi, everyone this is smokenmyeyes a.k.a Brian in N.C.. I have a char-griller pro series, & really like using it. Now all I have to do learn how get that smoke flavor in my foods by indirect heat or straight over the coals. I'm 35 years old ,married & have 1 boy 7 yrs old. He is my helper on the grill. Hia Brian Welcome to SMF!

And you really don't want smoke "rolling". "Waifting" would be the thing.... TBS or Thin Blue Smoke is what you want. At the risk of self-promotion, I did a thread that MAY help you a while back...
