Hi, everyone this is smokenmyeyes a.k.a Brian in N.C.. I have a char-griller pro series, & really like using it. Now all I have to do learn how get that smoke flavor in my foods by indirect heat or straight over the coals. I'm 35 years old ,married & have 1 boy 7 yrs old. He is my helper on the grill. Any help or advise on how to get the smoke rolling would be a big help. Thanks
