Hey guys,
I am a fairly inexperienced smoker. I got a brinkmann electric last year for my birthday and really enjoy the things I've done so far. which is not much since my birthday is in Nov. and it's been kinda cold. I am looking forward to learning a lot from you people.

By the time it's warm enough to sit by the smoker with a beer the mosquitos will be rampant.
Get to smokin' something! biggrin.gif

Don't mind them, there just infected by all the smoke. Don't forget though, the smoker does put off heat so if you stand real close to it that will help keep you warm. Welcome.

Hey Chug: Don't let these guys raz you to much, I know what you mean, I work construction 10 hours a day, so when it's cold it's really hard to go out and tend a smoker. That's why my new one I'm building is electric, will be able to use it more in the winter as I'm keepin it in the shop!

Anyhow's, glad to have you, we don't live all that far from each other. Good luck, let us know what we can help with!
