Left the lime out of the pic, oh well

On the Smoker for about 2 hrs...fixing to wrap

I left them wrapped for an hour and cooked for another hour and pulled them right after this pic.

Sorry I didn't get a pic after they came out of the foil, but I was pretty busy. These were gone in 5 seconds!!!

That looks great!! I think ribs are probably my favorite. It's 4:30 in the morning and I'm thinking ribs??!
