Just wanted to say HI. new to this here forum. I've been Grilling for years and have smoked some on the grill but just got a GOSM wide body smoker, propane powered for christmas, along with a grinder stuffer and scale. Already smoked a few briskets in there and they turned out even better than they have on the grill. I'm a farm boy from central illinois turned electrician, welder, machinest, fabricator, jack of all trades master of a few. I love to hunt and shoot, mess with horses, snowmobile, hang out, grill, smoke & cook, love rat rods and classis cars, nothing better than fast cars and beautiful women. Look forward to sharing ideas and getting tips and pointers.
