I am a newborn to the world of smoking meat. As an early christmas gift I received a char-griller with the offset box. My father-in-law allowed me to smoke on his man sized smoker that looks like the caboose of a train one mothers day but I'm relatively green to all of this. Trust me I have read archived posts and already I'm ready to fire my char-griller up. Just wanted to say hello an I will see ya around. My name is ben by the way.

No I haven't because we just got it this past weekend. I will go through my trial and error stage but maybe I can eliminate alot of errors with this message board. I belive my first big project will be a turkey.
