Just getting started with this new hobby. Purchased a Chargriller SuperPro with the Side Fire Box and loving it. Can't wait until the weekend to fire her up.

I'm anxious to learn all of the tips you guys have to share.

hey! Welcome to SMF! where ya from? makes a difference with temps regionally these days Brrr!

And be sure to season that puppy before using it. Get it hot as blazes and run a load or two of wood thru it. Spray the grill surfaces with a hi temp cooking oil and let it go.

Welcome aboard... Try the 5 day e-course....I have the same smoker.... I ate off of Gramason's and went and got one....there are a few good mods for it too.... Lots of good people that have great tips tricks and advice floating around on here!
