I am fairly new to smoking. Just recieved a brinkmann smoke n pit as a gift and am looking for a Tuna recipe. Hope someone will help me. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the SMF. Are you asking for tuna smoking advise, or tuna in some other form? The word "recipe" confused me, but then again so do most things. Signup for Jeff's 5 day ecourse, great basic reading/review. Good luck my new friend.

Welcome to SMF ... as of yet I have not done tuna but, I sure would like to some day.

Can't help you with the tuna - only tuna I get comes in a foil packet, but I did want to welcome you to the forum!
