Well, I smoked some brined chicken and ribs. Had the In-Laws over and we feasted hard.

I make my own rub & sauce. After smoking I throw everything on the grill and add my Boss Hog Sauce. I carmelize it on the grill for just a few moments (long enough for a beer and some football) then serve.

We rate our meals around here by napkin count. Five napkin meal tonight!

Nice looking dinner there Bilbo and the kids are precious! All those bright blue eyes. Better lock up that little girl though ... girls are tough to raise!
