Well, I smoked some brined chicken and ribs. Had the In-Laws over and we feasted hard.
I make my own rub & sauce. After smoking I throw everything on the grill and add my Boss Hog Sauce. I carmelize it on the grill for just a few moments (long enough for a beer and some football) then serve.
