this has probably been posted on here before but here goes anyway... I serve this at all my smokes and there is never any of it left... its super easy to make and is sure to please
---------------------------
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn "drained"
1 can Creamed corn
2 eggs
8 Oz. Sour cream

Mix all ingredients and add to greased casserole dish, bake at 350 for 50-60 mins
------------------------------
got this recipe from a freind, he has added jalepeno slices before, as well as sprinkle shredded cheese on top... both are good additions

Yup, wife makes the same thing, though we call hers "corn crap" lol

We have something similar around here too except it's served in some Mexican places. I love the stuff but sometimes it can be really sweet and more like a dessert of sorts. I think they call it Corn Pudding. I can't eat a whole lot of it because of diabetes, but it's goooood ..

Sometimes they even add chopped jalapenos..Yummy

I use one egg, 1/3 cup of milk and a stick of butter in mine.

I want that first heart attack to count!
