Been hanging out texasbbqrub forum, and smoking chicken, beef and pork for a few years.

Stumbled across this site and decided to join and share info.

O.K. I just read my previous reply and realized i am realy stupid. HA. I thought i could handle an overnight smoke, but it seems to be gettin the best of me. Hope i make it
