smoked 2 nice butts all night and stuck in the cooler for 2 hours to rest, pulled and they came out great, but the company just called and said they would be a couple hours late getting here to eat. whats the best way to keep the pulled pork ready to eat later ? foil and put in warm oven? appreciate any insight.
