Hello all. Just got my first smoker. A Bradley digital 4 racks and some cool gadgets like termometers etc...
Only thing I ever smoked were the tires of a Monte Carlo 35 years ago, do, I'm excited about the new hobbie looking forward in learning lots with u all.

I still occasionally smoke the tires on my '55 Bel Air, even though I catch all kinds of grief from Ma Dutch when I do it.
