Hello,

Patrick, and I am located in NE part of Pa. Long time follower, first time poster. I use a Traeger smoker and try to smoke at once a week. Smoking two pork butts this weekend, also been getting into SV cooking lately. Big fan of this site and have used it many times to plan my smokes.
