Hi there from the great state of Kansas!!!

Hi my name is Nancy. I'm a 47 year old native Kansan who has developed an obsession with smoking. I have a gas smoker-can't remember the name of it or the manufacturer of it but it does the job for me. I have done turkey, pork shoulder, pork steaks, brisket and of course chicken! In fact I smoked a bunch of legs and thighs to take to work tomorrow since it's Labor Day and we are doing potluck. After that I went ahead and smoked supper-pork steaks and for the first time ever-potatoes. OMG-a new addiction!!!! My favorite rub to use is Jack Stack Meat and Poultry. If it's available in your area you have GOT to try it!! I look forward to getting to know you all.
