Hey all, we were wanting some pizza last nite & had everything on hand. We called it The Kitchen Sink pizza cause we threw about everything on it but the kitchen sink. Sorry for the lack of pics, we just tossed it together. Crust, pizza sauce, garlic paste, mozzarella, all kinds of veggies & also put some bresaola, lonzino & lomo from my first Umai dry cure & some homemade CB! Tossed on the GMG for bout 45 min at 385*!

Off the grill & sliced up.... We will have this again no doubt, quite tasty!

Again, sorry for the lack of pics & pic quality... Didn't plan to post this but it was real tasty so figured I'd share!

Hey Richie, it was really good with the Umai meats & CB! We will be making this again. Appreciate ya dropping a line & the point! Also wanting to try this pizza with the Umai pepperoni & other dry cured sausages!

You need to make homemade pepperoni.

Sounds like a great BBQ coming up my friend, yea if ya have enough left for pizza that would be some tasty stuff!

Yes I do, gonna do some Umai soon I hope! I need to get a chamber built too so I have some options! This hobby is addicting! Lol
