Smoking newb here from Salt Lake City, Utah.  Just bought a used UDS and excited to start smoking.  I have always wanted to get into smoking meat.  Found that the UDS seemed to be a very good option for a beginner.  Thanks for being a great resourse for tips and information. Here's to a future of great smoking.  I am always open to any and all advice.
