I make a lot of beef jerky. I sell it at farmers markets and festivals and I can't make the jerky fast enough to meet my needs of all of the events I am at.
I am thinking of buying a new model dehydrator. I currently use 3 'Nesco FD-1018A Gardenmaster Food Dehydrator, 1000-watt". These can be expanded to 30 trays which I have done. They have worked great but if I can find something bigger, better, and faster that will take up a similar amount of space, that would be a big help. I also have limited space.
Can anyone suggest an alternative dehydrator that can fit my needs?
