Hi,
been having a little look around for a while, cracking site so thought it a good idea to join, i have built a cold smoker box from a commercial fridge, and have coupled it a smokai 3 liter smoke generator, it seems to work ok ish, in the next week or so im hoping to fit an inline variable speed fan and a damper, dont know if this bit is crazy or not but planning to remove the smoke generator and run it through about 5 meters of 4 inch stainless steel pipe with a view to have refrigeration wrapped around it, anyway thanks for having me, im off to look around a bit more, cheers sheps
