Hello everyone, Matt here. Been lurking for a while now, thought I'd get active finally. I've been grilling and smokin for 15 years. Never competition, just for family gatherings and company picnics and such. I have a couple small offset pits, and a smoke vault 24.
Gathering stuff now to build a 250 gallon reverse flow with a cabinet. I want the capability to do a whole hog. I'll get there. Thanks for the tips and tricks so far!
