Don't know why I have not found this forum sooner???

I have a # 5 Kamado that was made in Sacramento by R. Johnson  that I bought in 1995, now out of business I think . After 20 some years still learning how to use it. Also have a Masterbuilt 30 in. electric smoker, 2 burner propane grill, 22 in Webber kettle and a propne Webber Baby qrill for the motorhome. Would like to buy others but the BOSS says enough!! Also am learning to an Anova Sous Vide to

go with the smoker and grill.

We live in Shingle Springs Calf.-- Between Sac. and Lake Tahoe.

As I am doing this I have a rib eye steak in the Sous Vide at 120 degrees for 1 hr. after it was smoked for about 30 min. then to finished on the grill .

I have some ? I will post on the forums
