Hi.   I am new to the forum and to smoking meat and other items..  I recently bought a Masterbuilt.   One of my co-workers would always bring me food that he smoked on Christmas and Thanksgiving.  It seems I was always on duty in the Emergency room during those holidays but I didn't mind because I knew Lee would bring a wonderful meal that he and his wife would create!.

I have tried my smoker three times.   I love the vegetables but find I need a lot of work to get the meat just right.  It is either a little tough or a little dry.  I do not give up easy!   I will be trying it again in a couple days.    I have watched many YouTube videos on the subject but thought this would be a great place to start too.

Thank you so much for allowing me to be added to the group.

Welcome from SC, Marie. It's good to have you on this great site. There are a lot of really fine folks here who are always eager to share their ideas, recipes and tips. All you need to do is ask away and keep reading.

Good luck and good smoking, Joe. :grilling_smilie:

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a beautiful partly sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.

Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
