The wife and kids gave me an 18.5 inch WSM for Father's Day. I'm pretty excited to get started with it, but will hold off until next Saturday for my first smoke which should give me some time to read up a bit. It will be a new experience for me. I'm hoping my son and I can connect a bit through it!! I'm also hoping it will broaden my daughters palette....she is pretty picky in what she eats!!
