New to the boards and wanted to say hello. I am currently taking my 1st attempt at smoking on my new Masterbuilt Electric Smoker 30. I have decided to try boneless chicken breast despite of how I've read they can be a little tricky. I rubbed them last night and refrigerated. Will let you know the outcome of my 1st smoke.
