smoked up some turkey breast on Sunday.  salt and pepper  smoked at 270 till i like the colour then  wrapped up in foil to finish w a little butter to baste and moisten it.served it up with some homemade tater salad and coleslaw with a couple ribs had leftover from the previous day  nice Sunday dinner

That looks great!  Turkey is fast approaching the top of my smoke list :)

Looks delicious!! I have found the smoked turkey is, to me, way better than smoked chicken.

that looks amazing! couple quick questions. Did you do the breast skinless? I think so from the pic but not 100% sure. Also how long did this end up taking?

thanks!  yeah its done skinless  its best done that way cause  its  wrapped  it in foil.  generally i smoke it at 260-275  till i like the colour, then i wrap it in foil w  a big chunk of butter to keep it moist.  i cook it till its got an internal temp of 165  depends on the size of the  breast  might be a  2 hour cook or a 4  hour
