Hi there every one. very inexperienced in  smoking .How long should i brine a small pork leg 8 lbs. and what "IT" should i go to for a normal finish ? not doing pulled pork. I have a gas verticle Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain smoker.

Looking forward to your advise.
