Please look at this and rip up any details that look wrong, silly, out of sorts. I was limited with the handles, but will be using chrome plated cool touch handles. Also, I am wondering if I measured the opening from FB to CC correctly. The image I've included has arrows showing where I measured the distance using Feldon's calculator.

And I will start ripping it apart, I still need a front shelf. OOPS.

I am big on tuning plates.

I like the single intake on the firebox door splitting your coal grate.

What are your cooker and firebox dimensions?

Exhaust size?

I would look into SS handles instead of the chrome as they will chip after some time. You can get the SS ones at KCK.com

Thanks for the tips Kam59. The Cooker is 24x48 with a 24x24 FB. Exhaust is 5x27.5

All planned for 1/4" throughout.
