Hi all,

I made one of these things.

Works as well as the fella flicking the switch for the fan... :D
But once upto temp the fire door offers enough control tbh..

Hmm some pork steaks and chicken drumsticks that went in at the weekend..

The shelves are bastardised pizza trays until I get something a bit more permanent made up... Avoided spending while testing the reverse flow theory.. sorry hardly every take cooked pics as normally too busy eating what comes out.....
