Menu
Grilled Fresh Trout
Sauteed Veggies over Buttered Rice
Mixed Spring Greens Salad
Potato Au Gratin Croquet

Remove guts, gills and rib bones, and wash thoroughly under cold water
Season body cavity with salt, herbs and lemon juice
(I used Himalayan Pink Salt and Fox Point seasoning blend by Penzeys Spices )
Butter or oil on skin before laying on grill
Grill till done over medium high/high heat

After trying out several that my SiL had from a gift pack sampler I've decided they're a new favorite.

Yummmmm As always it looks great, Nothing better than fresh caught and freshly cooked fish. Way to go, And a Point....

Very nice! The smaller two look like Bull Trout?

It'll be another couple of weeks before the rivers are low enough to drop a line here.
