Hello SmokingMeatForums. I am a retired prosector who practiced in New Mexico & Minnesota. I have smoked and grilled a great deal. Now I have time to do it a lot. I own three grills, a Tec Infrared, a Vision Grills Kamado Grill and a Hasty-Bake grill. I enjoy both regular and cold smoking. I cold smoke salmon and cheese. I have just started playing with Sous Vide cooking which is a lot of fun combining with grilling. I am looking forward to learning new techniques through SmokingMeatForums.com.
