Let us know what you think about your smoker,how many times have you used it?
 
​Hi b.  Only used it twice so far.  First was for simple burgers on the grill.  Yesterday was pork belly and ribs in the smoker.  I mistakenly put the meat probe in the pork belly and set the internal temp at 150.  Once reached it begins the cool down faze shutting off.  The ribs weren't done yet so had to fire back up.  Kinda shocked how quick things cook at 210 when your not opening and closing the door!  All in all love it!
 
Used ours 4-5 times and really like it. If you are using the side smoke box you will go through some pellets. Main grill must run at about 325 to get 225 in the smoke box. Pure smoking, no direct heat on the meat to create hotspots.
