Been snooping around here a couple of years now without an account and figure it's time I join. Name is Derrin. I live in Birmingham AL. I use either a Master Built electric or gas, mostly the electric (so convienent). Been smoking for about 2 years now. Mostly do butts and the occasional ribs. This forum has been very helpful many times when I wasn't sure what I was doing, so thanks to everyone.
