I have not did pulled pork in over a year and the wife said it's time for one, so you know I must obey. She had bought me the AMNPS so it will be a good time to try it out. I decided my as well do ribs too. Here is the AMNPS filled and lit.

MES is loaded and the smoke is on.

After 3 hours of smoking and ready to foil.

Back in the MES the AMNPS is working great.

After a few more hours the ribs are done, they were fotb like the wife likes them, they tasted great, wife was real happy.

The butt is done, got about 10 hours of smoke out of the AMNPS it worked perfect notice alll the pellets are burnt. I decided not to foil it during the cook since first butt I've done on the MES and see how it goes.

Ready to shred.

Pulled apart easily, nice and juicy.

Finished product on a simple bun, tasted great.

With the MES and the AMNPS this was the easiest smoke I've ever done and everything turned out great.

Tasty looking smoke! Pp nachos, tater skins, tacos, quesadillas even omlets are great options for your leftovers.

Thanks for the points. The food was very tasty and the wife happy.... life is good.
