I know it is hard to believe that I never ate or cooked BB ribs. Was heading up to Ma. to fish on Sat. so Thursday I smoked 2 racks, to bring up for dinner with my kids after fishing. Not many pics

Seasoned

WSM 18.5 W/Guru set for 250* KBB and Cherry Chunks

Took 4 hrs no-foil to hit 196* IT probe tender

Not FOB but tender and tasty

Next time 2-2-1 as requested for FOB

Thanks for looking and all the great Baby Back Post

Richie

It's about time slacker! I like spinning them on the rotisserie as well! Not a fan of fob might as well do pp in imho.

The ribs look like a winner to me!

If you would have just let them go a little longer to 200-205 IT they would have been FOTB.

I like them just the way you cooked them this time though.

Point!

Al

Great looking ribs, Richie. I really like the color and finish. I don't really dig fishing, but I'd drive to MA for about 4 of those.

Keep 'em coming, Joe. Thumbs Up
