Hello all ,
I am 30yrs old career firefighter living in Baltimore MD, I Just recently received a 30" Masterbuilt digital smoker with the top control, I am new to ALL of this but do enjoy spending time in the kitchen....I think this is my wife's way of telling me to go make my cooking messes out side...Very excited to learn recipes tips and tricks...and most importantly making more then I can eat so I can share with neighbors and friends.
Any tips/tricks or must have items to get me started with my 30" Masterbuilt are always welcome Thanks again!!!
