Hi everyone, I love the posts here, I've only been smoke'n for about 4 years and love it, I cure and smoke turkeys and enjoy making ribs, roasts, cold smoking salts and nuts.
I'm currently working on a design for a cedar insulated propane reverse flow smoker, I'll add pics let me know what you guys think, I'm hoping to get started on this new smoker soon.
