Hey guys
I've just launched myself into the world of smoking. Been eating pit food for years but now wanna make it myself. Been an avid chilli grower for a couple of decades and now want to combine my extensive chilli knowledge with smoke. Doing a trial run with my new pro q frontier fitted with dual probes. Just a basic herby chicken to start. Internal temp now 163c and worrying it may be dry. Gonna a hold out to 165c as kids eating for their tea. Anyway I'll spend the rest of the day reading up on the forum to get ideas for next smoke.
