I have 2 7lb flats I was gonna smoke on masterbuilt 30 inch,so many different opinions on cooking, low and slow, inject not to inject, foil.or not to foil about the only thing I see that is consistent is letting it relax for at least 2 hours, so I was just looking for expertise, one thing I'm sure I don't want my done product to be dry, any help would be appreciated.
 
It's all personal preference, I do not wrap or inject but to each their own.  Since you have two - why not try different methods and see which you prefer?
