I am not new to smoke'n stuff.  I have had several smokers and burned thru most of them.  I still have a Bradley and like it.  But don't love it.

I just seasoned this one, (44") and have a brisket in the works.  Ran out smoke on the first bin, that was about 2 1/4 into a 3 hour smoke so I am ok with that.  Now, it is cook'n and getting close.

Observation:

I was pretty difficult to get the temp just right, but is it now set very close.

The thermometer is way off.  Iike 0ver 20 degrees, so one is suppose to be in the mail to me from warranty

Leaks a lot (has anyone tried to seal it off. That is lost smoke and temp.

I love the size

Love the gas.  seems like I get a better burn (smoke)

That is all folks.
