I got a Masterbuilt propane smoker a couple years ago as a gift and love smoking anything I can when I have time. My family likes salmon and chicken breasts for the kids. I also do wings, brats and hotdogs as quick smokes and when I have a little more time pork butt (did 20 lbs one loooooong day). I smoked a turkey for thanksgiving last year and it was awesome! I just like to experiment because it's really hard to mess something up in a slow smoker. Just joined this forum to see what others have to say and see what I can learn.

I too have MB 40" propane been using for 5 + yrs.
