This is the art of thin smoke while cold smoking. I think.

Cold smoking some biltong with Pitmasters dust and the tray from Todd at amazin smokers.

Yeah, that thin smoke will impart a nice flavor. Just a hint of smoke.

SOME people seem to think that. I figure I cold smoke year around, nights stay below 80F, that's cold enough for me.
